TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
Scope
These terms govern the sale of original artworks, limited editions, and artistic creations created and offered by Cedric Aceres, worldwide.
Orders & Payments
Orders may be placed through direct contact.
Orders become final and binding upon receipt of full payment.
Pricing
Prices are displayed in US dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes where required by law.
Shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes, or local fees may apply depending on the destination country and remain the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stated.
Shipping & Delivery
Artworks are carefully packaged and shipped via professional carriers.
Once the artwork is handed over to the carrier, the risk of loss, damage, or delay transfers to the buyer, in accordance with international commercial practices.
Right of Withdrawal / Returns
In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws:

Pursuant to Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to artworks made to order, customized, or unique original artworks. -
International / United States:
Due to the nature of original artworks, all sales are considered final.
No returns, exchanges, or cancellations will be accepted once the order has been confirmed, except in the case of proven damage or defect attributable to the artist prior to shipment.
Artistic Variations
Artworks may present slight variations in color, texture, scale, reflection, or material appearance compared to digital representations.
Such variations are inherent to artistic creation and cannot constitute grounds for complaint, refund, or dispute.
Limitation of Liability
Cedric Aceres shall only be liable for direct and proven damages resulting from a fault attributable to the artist prior to shipment.
Under no circumstances shall Cedric Aceres be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, immaterial, or economic damages.
Force Majeure
Cedric Aceres shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, pandemics, governmental actions, or disruptions in transportation or supply chains.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution shall be sought prior to any legal proceedings.
Failing such resolution, jurisdiction shall lie with the competent courts of France, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
