TERMS OF SALE
Purpose:
These terms govern the sale of original artworks, limited editions, and artistic creations made and
offered by Cedric Aceres.
Orders and payments:
Orders can be placed through the online store or via email. Payments are secure and orders
become final upon receipt of full payment.
Prices:
Prices are in dollar (US) including applicable taxes. Shipping fees may apply depending on the
destination.
Delivery:
Artworks are carefully packaged and shipped by professional carriers. Once handed over to the
carrier, responsibility for transport lies solely with them.
No right of withdrawal or return:
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not
apply to artworks made to order or personalized. No cancellation, exchange, or return will be
accepted once the order has been confirmed.
Liability:
Cedric Aceres guarantees that artworks are conform to their description and carefully packed
before shipment. Once entrusted to the carrier, transport, loss or damage are under the carrier’s
responsibility. Cedric Aceres may only be held liable for direct and proven damages resulting from a
fault prior to shipment. No indirect, immaterial or consequential damage shall give rise to any claim.
Artwork variations and perception:
The artworks displayed on aceres.com may show slight variations in color, reflection, or texture.
These natural variations, due to reflective or luminous materials, are part of the artwork’s essence.
No claim may be based on differences in perception between online images and the actual artwork.
Force majeure:
In case of unforeseen events (natural disasters, strikes, war, pandemics, etc.), Cedric Aceres
cannot be held responsible for delays or impossibility of delivery.
Applicable law:
These conditions are governed by French law. Amicable resolution will be sought before any legal
action.

PRIVACY AND COOKIES
